About this puzzle
With the Oldtimers series, we look back at the early period of Jan van Haasteren jigsaw puzzles. It's a little bit of nostalgia and, above all, a tribute to the incredible craftsmanship of Jan van Haasteren. In this puzzle, you get to know "Baron van Tast tot Zeveren". That was a comic character that Jan van Haasteren used to draw in the past. This drawing was made in 1974. In this puzzle, you can already find a number of recurring elements such as: the arrow, eyes, bullet holes or peepholes, squid, the mouse and the cat, and the well-known little hands.
